Shipping policy
Processing Time
All Cork & Cotton Co. orders are made to order with care. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Custom Patch Totes: 3–5 business days after mockup approval
- Custom Embroidery Totes: 5–7 business days after mockup approval
- Statement Totes (no customization): 1–3 business days
- Statement Totes (with patches or embroidery added): 3–5 business days
Mockup Approval
All custom orders receive a digital mockup via email within 24–48 hours of purchase. Production does not begin until your mockup is approved. Please approve your mockup promptly to avoid delays — orders not approved within 48 hours may experience extended processing times.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS. Shipping times are estimated after your order leaves our studio:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Cork & Cotton Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed to USPS. If your package is lost or damaged please contact us at [your email] and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
